Pursuant to Article 59, Legislative Decree. 21/02/14 n. 21, there is no right of withdrawal for custom-made or clearly customized goods, nor for goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly. Therefore, reimbursement cannot be claimed for floral gifts such as bouquets, custom arrangements or centerpieces made at the specific request of the customer.
In case of impossibility of delivery for reasons attributable to the Client (e.g., incorrect address, absent recipient, or wrong telephone number), the Florist agrees to:
- Contattare il Cliente per concordare una nuova consegna;
- Mantenere l’omaggio a disposizione del Cliente presso il negozio per un periodo massimo di 3 giorni.
There is no refund for gifts not collected or delivered late for reasons beyond the Florist’s control. However, for non-personalized orders, the Customer is entitled to a partial refund upon verification of the condition of the product at the time of return.
In case of order cancellation within the time limit (2 working days before the delivery date), the paid amount will be fully refunded within 7 working days after the cancellation confirmation.
